Booking & Cancellation Policy
- A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash.
- Bookings are subject to 12.5% St. Lucia VAT.
- Cancellations must be made by phone.
Refunds for Day Charters:
Cancellation Policy
- More than 6 weeks before charter: Full refund of all deposits.
- Less than 6 weeks but more than 10 days: No refund; deposit will be applied as credit towards a future trip. You will not be responsible for the remaining balance.
- Less than 10 days before charter: No refund; you may be required to pay part or all of the remaining balance.
- No-shows: No refund or credit; full balance remains due.
- Medical emergencies: With proper documentation, future trip credit will be offered. Cancellations by owner due to weather or operational reasons: Full refund will be provided.
